Woman's Guide to
Women in the workplaces of America, have made great
strides over the last 20 years, however it would be more than
inaccurate to say that women and men deal with the same
issues, struggles and concerns within their career lives.
Women face daily struggles in the workplace that men have
never had to face. Along with doing a great job for less pay
than their male counterparts, women generally have to
overcome obstacles such as balancing their family and their
work, dressing professionally and keeping up their
appearance, and let’s not forget those heels and pantyhose!
(I have never heard a man come home from work, kick off his
heels and exclaim, “My feet are killing me!”. Lol ) Let’s face it
ladies it is still a “jungle” out there and we have to seriously
step up our game or get out of their way. We have to work
twice as hard to get a job when there is a man up for the
same job and we have to dress professionally with out
looking, sexy, (as to avoid, those nasty office rumors.) A
woman’s career can consist of one obstacle after another,
however rising to the challenge and being able to overcome
those obstacles can be very rewarding. On this page you will
